Become a Candidate
OUR PROGRAM
An ambassador program is more than crowns, sashes, and dresses. It is an experience where you will gain skills that will benefit you in whatever path you choose for your future. You will get the chance to proudly represent your community across the state, build life-long friendships, see the deep impacts of volunteering, learn the skill of fundraising, and watch yourself grow into a professional.
REQUIREMNETS
- Age 16 to 20 by July 1st
- Must have some connection to the city of Montrose (lives in Montrose elementary school district, attends church, participates in community groups, etc.).
- A candidate must not use or possess alcohol, illegal drugs, or smoke while representing Montrose.
- A candidate must also be unmarried, not engaged, and will remain so while representing Montrose. They must also not be pregnant and will not become pregnant during their term.
